When will you dispatch my order? Most orders placed before 2pm are dispatched on the same day (Mon-Fri). Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched on the next working day. Please see our Delivery Information page for for more information.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, at present we do not accept American Express. Devnaa uses the latest security and encryption methods to ensure you peace of mind when making payments online.
How should I store the Indian Sweets and Chocolates? To keep the Barfi and chocolates in excellent condition they should be stored in a cool, dry environment and away from direct sunlight. We do not recommend placing the Barfi or chocolates in a refrigerator as the excessive cold and moisture affect the quality of the product. The Barfi should be consumed within 7 days of delivery and the chocolates within 2 weeks.
How should I store the cakes? Any cakes with fresh cream should be refrigerated and consumed within 24 hours from delivery. Other cakes and cupcakes should be stored in a cool, dark dry place and consumed within 3 days. To keep the cakes extra fresh place them in an airtight container.
Is there any allergy information I should be aware of? Yes. Our products contain dairy and traces of Nuts. Our cakes contain dairy, wheat and traces of Nuts.
Can I send your products as a gift? Of course you can! Just complete the relevant sections during the checkout process. We can even send a gift card with your personal message.
