When will you dispatch my order? Most orders placed before 1pm are dispatched on the same day (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 1pm are dispatched on the next working day. Please see our Delivery Information page for for more information.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, at present we do not accept American Express. Devnaa uses the latest security and encryption methods to ensure you peace of mind when making payments online. How should I store the Indian Sweets and Chocolates? To keep the Indian Sweets and chocolates in excellent condition they should be stored in a cool, dry environment and away from direct sunlight. We do not recommend placing the Indian Sweets or chocolates in a refrigerator as the excessive cold and moisture affect the quality of the product. The Indian Sweets are best consumed within 10 days of delivery and the chocolates within 4 months.
What is the shelf life of your prodcucts? Devnaa are passionate about fresh food and we don't use any artificial preservatives in our products. The Indian Sweets have a shelf life of 14 days and the chocolates 6 months from manufacture. The mixed tiffins contain both Indian Sweets and Chocolates and therefore the box is marked with a 14 day shelf life. Our bars have a shelf life of at least 6 months. Are the products suitable for Vegetarians? All Devnaa products are suitable for Vegetarians.
Do your chocolates contain any alcohol? No. All Devnaa products are free from alcohol. Unlike many chocolate manufacturers that use alcohol as ingredient to add 'shelf life' to their products, especially truffles, Devnaa do not use any alcohol - whilst this gives our products a shorter shelf life, we prefer to stay true to our cultural roots and our customers prefer it too!
Is there any allergy information I should be aware of? Yes. Our products contain dairy, soya, wheat and traces of Nuts.
Can I send your products as a gift? Of course you can! Just complete the relevant sections during the checkout process.
